TEACHER-CHILD RATIO
The licensee may use teacher aides in a teacher-child ratio of one teacher and one aide for every 15 children in attendance. This requirement was not as evidenced by Staff#1 and Staff#2 being observed to be in a classroom 22 children on 05/05/22. Staff#1 did not have any units on file. Although Staff#1 was removed and replaced with Staff#3 so the classroom would be in proper ratio. This was a potential risk to children in care.
