What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saul Valenzuela conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection due to incident that was reported to the Department on October 29th, 2024. LPA met with Principal, Jorge Reyes who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Census was taken. On October 29th, 2024, an incident was self reported to the Department via email by the facility who reported that a parent alleged that their child's personal right were violated. The purpose of the inspection was to obtain additional information regarding the incident reported to the Department. LPA obtained staff statements that were collected by Principal Jorge Reyes when facility was made aware of the incident. LPA conducted interviews with staff and children. Child # 1 is no longer enrolled in the facility, and Child #2 was unavailable at the time of the inspection. No disclosures were made during the interviews. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility representative, Jorge Reyes. END OF REPORT: PAGE 1 OF 1.
