At 12:00PM. Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA), T. Tran, conducted an unannounced case management incident visit at the above licensed facility. Facility had reported to the Licensing Department on 4/23/25, the center had confirmed two cases of head lice. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Child Development Supervisor, Coralia Dolmuz and toured the center inside and outside. Per staff, on 4/23/25, facility received phone calls from parent of C1 and C2 reported that their children had head lice. Staff advised the parents to keep their children home until they are cleared upon returning to school. Staff conducted health and safety check for all children to ensure no new cases of head lice. In addition, at the end of the day, staffs disinfected all the learning equipment/materials, tables, chairs, floors, soft materials, including the outdoor play yard. A letter of exposure was uploaded on Learning Gennie\342\200\231s App. and provided to all parents indicating that their children might be exposed to head lice. Facility also posted exposure notice at the door for each classroom in the public view. LPA reviewed the children records and obtained documents. LPA inspected the facility and observed the facility to be clean and orderly. All the required posted observed. Per staff, no new cases observed. The facility was found in compliance with Title 22 regulations, no deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
