What the inspector wrote

On 11/25/25, at 1:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to the above facility to ensure Type B deficiency cited on 07/02/2025 has been cleared. Upon arrival LPA met with Haykanush Baroyan, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection 7 children were present in the home. During the tour LPA observed 5ft mesh fencing isolates pool from one side and walls from the other side . LPA observed fence does not obscure the pool from view and has a vertical clearance less than 2 inches from the ground to the bottom of the enclosure and has no gaps. LPA observed access gate swing away from the pool and self-closing with self-latching, key lockable device placed no lower than 60 inches above the ground. Pictures were taken. LPA observed pool fencing complies with title 22 regulations. Licensee updated outdoor area sketch, and copy was obtained by LPA. During the visit, LPA cleared deficiency cited on 07/02/2025 and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee and issued POC clearance letter. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. End of the report
