What the inspector wrote

On October 7, 2022 at 9:40 AM, an unannounced Case Management inspection was conducted by Regional Manager (RM) Sharon Greene and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susann Sanchez for the purpose of serving a Immediate Exclusion for Victor C. Palmer the licensees brother. Upon arrival LPA and RM observed 6 day-care children during the inspection. Licensee gave LPA a tour of the facility at 10:00am. Also present at the facility was assistants Jessica Hogans and Jazmin Morgan. Mother of Licensee's Denise Palmer listen in by telephone. Licensee\342\200\231s Victoria Palmer and Kelsie Palmer was served with the following by Regional Manager Sharon Greene: ORDER TO INDIVIDUAL OF IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION FROM ALL FACILITIES: Victor C. Palmer How to appeal Government Code 11522 A sealed certified letter was left with Licensees for Victor C. Palmer. An additional certified letter will be mailed to the address provided by licensees for Victor C. Palmer LPA and RM advised Licensee that Victor C. Palmer is excluded from the Palmer Family Child Care and any other licensed facilities by Department of Social Services. Licensee and Victor C. Palmer have 15 days to submit an appeal. The address for the appeal was provided to Licensee. Licensing staff served the exclusion letter was served to Victoria & Kelsie Palmer. Victor C. Palmer was not observed at the facility and Licensees have agreed to comply. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Victoria Palmer Kelsie Palmer. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
