Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in due to the outdoor play space had the following: Rotting fruit from tree on the grass, a wheel barrow placed upside down, air conditiing unit not covered, sprinkler with wires sticking out. Clutter on top of bar area should be removed to aviod it falling on children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The requirement was not met as evidenced by: based on interviews conducted with Licensee Victoria Palmer. Licensee admitted that she did not report incident since incident was on a weekend 04/16/22. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
