ADMISSION AGREEMENTS

Admission Agreements: The licensee shall comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the admission agreement. The facility has an open door policy, however the facility has informed parents by email that they suggest/ recommend that children not be picked up or dropped off during the hours of 10 AM- 2 PM due to children daily activities. This requirement was not met as evidenced by, No updates to the parent handbook regarding time change or emails of information that provide suggestions/recommendations.
