What Happened

A complaint inspection of the infant and preschool licenses found three preschool staff working who were not associated to the facility roster. The facility was cited, and the report required immediate parent notification and posting of the Type A citation.

Observations

  • Staff #11, Staff #12, and Staff #14 were observed in the preschool room and were not associated to the facility.
  • Those staff members were not on the Guardian Facility Roster.
