Unannounced annual inspection of a family child care home with the licensee present. The home was generally clean and organized, but the review identified an expired Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification, incomplete mandated reporter training, and no infant sleep log for the four infants in care. The property also has a pool, and the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and found operable.

The annual family child care inspection found the home operating within capacity with children using the main care areas and backyard. Fire safety and record review were generally positive, but mandated reporter training was expired and the licensee had not conducted a fire drill since 2018.
