The requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation on 2/18/21, the left side gate, leading into an off-limit area, was left open at 12:50 p.m. LPA observed an open container of car fluid at 12:32 p.m. and garage door was open, containing tools, at 12:50 p.m. The side area was accessible to children in care. Pictures were taken. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
