Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure the 2 Type B deficiencies cited on 3/28/24 have been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry. LPA met with Licensee, Cynthia Flores, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 8 children, Licensee, and Licensees 2 assistants present during this inspection. The following was observed: \302\267 LPA observed current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate for licensees assistant with an expiration of 5/9/26 \302\267 LPA observed the gate on the swimming pool is self-latching and self-closing LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Cynthia Flores. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Cynthia Flores.
