What the inspector wrote

PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 08/29/24 to ensure Type B deficiencies cited on 08/22/24 have been cleared. LPA arrived at 11:40 AM and met with Rita Noninyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 7 children present in the home, three being infants with licensee and her assistant, Roza Amirkhanyan. LPA observed children were playing in the living room. Per licensee, Rita Noninyan, facility operation hours are Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. The following has been observed: \302\267 Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 7 children in care, 3 being infants with licensee and her assistant. \302\267 Licensee provided her assistant, Nora Gorginyan proof of immunization against Measles and Pertussis. \302\267 Licensee provided a copy of her current mandated reporter training certificate, completion date:08/25/24. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updated on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, and issued POC clearance letter. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Rita Noninyan.
