What the inspector wrote

On May 2, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry conducted an unannounced Case Management-Other inspection to deliver an Amended Report. Upon arrival LPA was met with Director Megha Sahni, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 0 children in care due to early dismissal due to open house. The report which has been amended was originally dated February 28,2025. The report was amended as of May 2, 2025. The amendment reflects a change in the finding regarding the complaint.The report has been amended accordingly, and all required signatures have been captured to reflect this change. No citations are being issued during today's inspection.Exit interview was conducted with director Megha Sahni, and a copy of report was provided along with Appeal Rights. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
