On 08/06/2025 during the tour LPA observed 52 preschool children with 8 teachers and 6 toddler children with 1 teacher. On 09/05/2025 LPA observed 33 preschool children with 4 teachers and 4 toddler children with 1 teacher. Per evidence gathered, LPA observations, and interviews conducted there were no disclosures made during interviews to corroborate the alleged allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. The evidence to prove something happened is equal to and has just as much convincing weight that it did not happen therefore the allegation are unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
