What the inspector wrote

On 3/20/26, at 1:45PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan and LPM / Katrina Chicote conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection – Plan of Correction at the above facility. Upon arrival, the LPA and LPM met with Licensee / Temine Atoian, who guided on a tour of the facility. The LPA and LPM observed 14 children present during today's inspection. Per Licensee, there are currently 34 children enrolled. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiency cited on 3/10/26 was corrected. LPA and LPM observed and reviewed the following: LPA received supporting documentation for the plan of correction related to the Licensee operating a Family Child Care Home beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitations. The plan of correction (POC) was submitted to Community Care Licensing on 3/11/26. The deficiency has been cleared, and no further action is required. Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided for the deficiency corrected. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee / Temine Atoian.
