Staffing Ratio and Capacity. The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time.This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: LPA toured the facility with the assistance of the Licensee / Temine Atoian at 2:35PM and observed fifteen (15) children present. Per Licensee, there are currently 34 children enrolled. The licensee is currently operating the Family Child Care Home beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitations. This constitutes the second instance in less than a month in which the licensee has failed to comply with licensing requirements. This noncompliance poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
