What the inspector wrote

On 6/2/26, at 2PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Joe Katrdzhyan and Caroline Nguyen conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection – Health Checks at the above facility. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the health, safety, personal rights, licensing conditions and limitations are as required by Title 22 Regulations. Upon arrival, the LPAs met with Licensee / Temine Atoian and disclosed the purpose of the visit. Individuals also present at the time of the inspection included the Licensee’s assistants, Ani Hovhannisyan and Gohar Tumanyan. The Licensee guided the LPAs on a tour of the facility. The LPAs observed 11 children present during today's inspection. Per Licensee, there are currently 33 children enrolled. The Licensee indicated that she is no longer accepting new children into her daycare. The facility is licensed for a maximum capacity of 14 children. During today's visit, the LPA observed the Licensee operating within the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including capacity requirements. There were no deficiencies observed/issued during today's visit (6/2/26). A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee and Appeals Right provided.
