On September 30, 2025, at 2:21pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LPA Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for an unannounced case management visit. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee - Sonia Silveyra. There are 4 children enrolled, 3 children present, and 1 staff present at the time of inspection. This is a preschool program, and the center hours of operation are Monday- Friday 6:00am-6:00pm. The Licensee requested information on how to close their facility by December 31, 2025. LPA Dunlap discussed with the Licensee they must notify the department in writing prior to closing, notify the parents within 30 days of closing, and that they are responsible for the proper management and storage of all children\342\200\231s records, and staff files. The Licensee was informed that any new occupant taking over the lease space must obtain a new license before they can legally operate at the facility.
