Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On September 13, 2022 at 10:05 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cowan conducted an initial complaint inspection. LPA met with site director, Nancy Loe and office administrator Kelly Mason, and the purpose of the inspection was explained. Present in the facility is site director, 9 staff, and 48 children in care. During today's inspection, LPA toured facility and interviewed director and staff. LPA obtained Child Care Facility Roster, LIC 500 Personnel Report, Reporting Policy, a copy of submitted director's packet, and director's time card. LPA reviewed Director's file and director has a current director's permit on file. Director is new and office administrator states that she has mailed and faxed documents to name the new director to licensing office. Director has shown her time card which shows that she has been at the facility every day since she has taken the position. During LPA's tour of the school, LPA observed proper rations in every classroom. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
