What the inspector wrote

On 9/15/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanson Leong, made an unannounced conclusionary complaint visit to the Family Child Care Home listed above. The LPA was granted entry by the Licensee, Reyna Lily Marin. The LPA explained the purpose of the visit to the Licensee. All the individuals listed on the facility’s roster have been granted permission to work or be present in a childcare facility. The LPA observed the Licensee and her assistant supervising one infant and five preschool aged children. The facility is operating within its capacity and in accordance with the required ratio of staff to children. All relevant information was gathered and analyzed during the LPA investigation, and all parties involved were contacted and interviewed. Based on information obtained from the LPA investigation, the allegations listed above, may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the violation did or did not occur, therefore, the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. A copy of today’s report was given to Reyna Lily Marin. The Notice of Site Visit was given to Reyna Lily Marin and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Reyna Lily Marin.
