Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one count out of one file, Adult # 1 missing the current CPR and 1st aid which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care. Adult # 1's Pediatric CPR/First Aid certifications expired on 9/17/2024 and the licensee has enrolled in part of the CPR and 1st aid training on 5/12/2025 and has not obtained a current/final certificate yet.
