Pre-licensing visit·May 5, 2023

A follow-up pre-licensing inspection conducted on this day by LPA Torrence. The following corrections observed: 1. Applicant had a fence around the fish pond with a self-latching gate, which meets Title 22 regulations The fence is at least five feet high The gate is self-latching and has a padlock on it and shall remain locked at all times during operation hours 2. Jacuzzi cover Cover supports the weight of an adult Cover is locked and secured in place so a child cannot slip under or undo Cover shall be placed on the jacuzzi and locked while the jacuzzi is not in use. LPA Torrence stood on the jacuzzi cover to ensure it holds the weight of an adult. LPA Torrence took pictures of the gated fish pond and the covered jacuzzi. Facility meets all licensing requirements and file will be submitted for approval. Exit interview conducted with applicant and a copy of this report was provided to applicant.
