Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the childcare center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours. In addition, a written report containg the information specified in (d)(2) below shall be submitted to the Department within seven days following the occurrence of such event. The above requirement was not met as evidenced by during the course of investigation an alleged incident was not reported to licensing office as it was required to. This is a potential hazard to the health and safety of children in care.

101700.3 California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. Based on lab report analysis water from Outlet C (49.9 parts per billion) and same Outlet C was retested and labled C30 (5.61 parts per billion). Outlet N (24.5 parts per billion). These oulets samples taken on 08/04/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance.
