What the inspector wrote

On 02/25/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Meza and Do conducted an unannounced case management inspection to complete the amended report dated on 02/04/2026. LPAs met with the Director, Ashley Campos. There were 18 infants and six (6) staff members present. Please see amended reports LIC 9099 and LIC 9099-C, dated 02/04/2026 for corrections. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Director, Loretta Munoz. Notice of Site Visit was posted during the visit. The licensee was informed that the notice of the site visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days. (End of report)
