Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the inspection of the indoor activity space at 1:43 PM inside room B101, LPA observed Pledge Dust & Allergen spray inside an unlocked cabinet under the sink and Clorox Cleaner & Bleach spray that reads "Keep Out Of Reach Of Children" on top of the counter top that is accessible to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
