This requirement was not met by: LPA observed S2 direct S3 from the kitchen into the Infant classroom to help with staffing ratio. During file reviews, it was determine S3 was not hired at the center as a teacher or aide and did not have qualifications to be inside the infant classroom caring for children in care.
