101238 Buildings and Grounds:The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's interviews, 2 out of 9 staff disclosed they saw animal feces on the faciity grounds. Staff 3 saw animal feces near the garden area. Staff 4 stated there is animal feces all the time and has helped clean it up. This poses a potential risk to the health of the children.
