Staff 3 saw animal feces near the garden area. Staff 4 stated there is animal feces all the time and has helped clean it up. This poses a potential risk to the health of the children.

S8 disclosed that it was reported to S8 that S4 was speaking too loudly to children in care so S8 spoke to S4 about S4’s tone. C4 disclosed C4’s teacher yells at them (children) when they get in trouble.
