Facility-requested visit·July 16, 2025

On 7/16/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jung and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Malane conducted an inspection of this facility for the purpose of increasing the toddler option capacity. LPA and LPM met with the director, Lura Nixon. Census was taken and observed were nine (9) infant children, four (4) infant staff, 33 toddler children, and six (6) toddler staff. The facility is currently licensed for 36 toddler option children and is requesting to increase to 48 toddler option children. During the visit, Toddler Room 4 was measured and inspected. The space is sufficient to accommodate the requested addition of 12 toddler option children. There are two toilets and two sinks available for children's use. Director submitted an updated facility sketch to include to additional outdoor activity space adjacent to Toddler Room 4. Fire clearance was granted on 06/30/2025. Report was reviewed with Director, Lura Nixon. Notice of Site Visit posted. Licensee was informed that the “Notice of Site Visit” must be posted for 30 consecutive days. End of Report
