What the inspector wrote

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Matthew Gallo arrived at the facility for an unannounced plan of correction inspection. LPAs met with the director, Patricia Perez, who was in the infant room. There were 6 preschool children being supervised by 1 fully qualified teacher and an aide. All staff present have fingerprint clearances and associations. LPAs discussed the purpose of the inspection is to clear the deficiency issued on September 11, 2025, for aides being used in the capacity of a teacher. During today's inspection, LPAs verified that there was 1 fully qualified teacher and 1 aide supervising 6 preschool children. The facility was in ratio with the number of children to the number of fully qualified teacher and an aide. Based on today's inspection, there were no Title 22 regulations cited. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided. A plan of correction letter was provided. This report was reviewed with the director, Patricia Perez.
