What the inspector wrote

Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection on 9099-D. LPA Lea Habtom informed licensee Amber Williams that this report dated July 23, 2025, documents 1 Type A citation(s) which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is/are immediate risk(s) to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. Also, LPA Lea Habtom informed the licensee Amber Williams to provide a copy of this licensing report dated July 23, 2025, that documents any Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. This report was reviewed with director, Amber Williams. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.

    101161(a) Limitations on capacity: A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by LPA observation of 4 infants combined with 6 preschool children and interviews that confirmed the combination of the children which posses an immediate health & safety risk to the children in care.
