What the inspector wrote

A Type B Title 22 deficiency is cited on the following LIC9099-D Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Paolo Sarmiento. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA provided appeal rights.

    1596.8595 (c)(1) A licensed child day care facility shall provide to the parents... copies of any licensing report that documents any Type A citation...as set forth in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 1596.893b.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not providing reports documenting Type A citations to multiple parents of children in care, and only incomplete reports to those who received the reports. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
