On 08/27/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a case management inspection, and met with Director Jennifer Traub. The following was discovered: E9(1) Is being utilized as a 2 year old room E9(2) is being utilized for 2 year olds E9(3) was a toddler component classroom that is currently not being using. An updated facility sketch was requested. The facility switched rooms to utilize E9(2) as a 2 year old room instead of a Toddler room; however, the facility was already licensed to utilize the rooms in building E9. LPA confirmed the facility was being utilized no more than stated on their license. The facility is licensed to have 178 preschool with 12 toddlers. An exit interview was conducted where a copy of this report was reviewed and provided to Director Jennifer Traub.
