While conducting an inspection of the bathroom assigned for the children in care, LPA Lopez observed multiple Dupixent injections, in a drawer that did not have a lock or locking mechanism, and therefore were accessible to children in care. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
