What the inspector wrote

The facility is being cited for Title 22, Section 101229(a) Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision which poses a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk to children in care. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, 9099D, Appeal Rights and Notice of Site Visit were provided to Director, Margie Sanchez. The licensee was reminded that the Notice of Site visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days and violation of this regulation may result in civil penalties.
