On April 23, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Carlos Martinez arrived at Yisrael Family Child Care home (FCCH) to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) follow up visit to determine compliance for the deficiencies cited during the inspection on 03/27/2024. LPA and LPM met with licensee Sarahyah Yisrael. On March 27, 2024, the FCCH was cited for FCCH not being in good repair. In addition, the licensee submitted pictures of the corrections via email to LPA Hamilton on April 16, 2024. During today's visit, LPA and LPM inspected the FCCH inside and out and observed facility to be in compliance. Based on observations and interviews, LPA and LPM confirmed facility was in good repair and compliance. A copy of this report, appeal rights and notice of site visit was provided to licensee. Licensee was also reminded that the notice of site visit must remained posted for 30 days.
