Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed several accessible hazards in the on-limits backyard such as two broken screen doors, a wooden object with broken pieces and exposed nails, and a damaged outdoor patio heater which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
