What Happened

During an unrelated case management visit, LPA measured the partitions used to separate the infant and toddler activity space from the napping area and found they were too low. The partitions measured about 2 feet 6 inches to 2 feet 7 inches instead of the required 4 feet, and a deficiency was cited.

Observations

  • The partitions separating the activity space from the napping space did not meet the required height.
  • Measured partition height was between 2 feet 6 inches and 2 feet 7 inches.
