What the inspector wrote

On 05/09/25 at 1137 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brian Morris and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Carlos Martinez conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with applicants Sandra Rodriguez and Sandra Jaimes Rodriguez. The purpose of today's visit is to follow up on an individual by the name of John Henry Rodriguez, who was identified through Megan's Law and shows as registered as living at this address. There are a total of 6 adults fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility, the Licensee, her spouse and child, second licensee and spouse, adult sibling (male), adult sibling (female). Licensee confirmed that this individual does not live at this home, and both applicants deny any prior knowledge of the individual and they are unaware of who the individual or his whereabouts. LPA toured the two-story multi-level home and all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and all off limits and on limits areas were toured. LPA and LPM did not observe the individual in the facility. No further information required at this time. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the applicant Sandra Rodriguez and applicant Sandra Jaimes Rodriguez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
