Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the licensee, Tiyanna Mothershed Manafov, for a case management inspection. The licensee has submitted an application to the department to increase the capacity of children from eight to fourteen. During today's inspection, LPA inspected the facility. Per licensee, there are no changes in the care areas. Day care areas : Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Hallway, One bedroom in hallway, Bathroom in hallway and Backyard. Off limit areas: Master Bedroom, Second bedroom and Garage. LPA observed all the cleaning supplies, poisons and other chemicals are stored inaccessible to the children. The house is in good repair and free of hazards with proper temperature and ventilation. There is carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first aid supply box, fully charged fire extinguisher and working telephone available in the house. There is a variety of age appropriate toys in the house. During inspection, LPA discussed and informed the regulations and requirements of a large family child care license and a handout was provided. Licensee has all of the required documents posted and visible for the public. LPA answered licensing questions for the licensee. Licensee has Pediatric CPR training certificate valid until April 2027. The property has been inspected by local fire department on July 29, 2025 and clearance was granted. During today's inspection, LPA did not observe any violation of regulations. As of today, a large family child care home license with maximum capacity of 14 children will be granted. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
