What the inspector wrote

An Informal Conference was held at the Riverside Regional Office (RRO). Present during the conference were facility representatives, Hassan Hazegh,, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Gilbert Sena III, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Aman Lama. The conference was called to discuss the facility's recent non- compliance of Title 22 Regulations. Due to a recent annual inspection, the Purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the following: Physical Plant: Buildings & grounds and Outdoor activity space Facility Records Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan Personnel Requirements/Staff records; including Mandated Reporter training and Immunizations Criminal Record Clearance Children's records Technical Support Program (TSP) and outside vendor programs ccld.ca.gov website and resources available LPM and LPA reviewed/discussed facility staff training, facilities policies and procedures, and day-to-day operation as it pertains to the overall operation of the Child Care Center (CCC). LPM reviewed TSP and encouraged the facility to voluntarily enroll and/or complete outside vendor training. The facility representative was advised to visit the Department's website at: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/resources-for-providers The facility representative is also highly encouraged to visit the following website, detailing the departments care tool: https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/cdss-programs/community-care-licensing/inspection-process-project/care-tools Facility representative was advised to review the Personal Rights and Care & Supervision Childcare Provider videos website at; https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/ During the conference, LPM Sena reminded the facility representative of the importance for regulatory compliance in licensed facilities to protect the Health and Safety of children in care. Facility representative were informed that the Community Care Licensing Agency takes these violations seriously, and how the violations can lead to further administrative actions by the Department. The facility representative was provided a copy of the regulations went over during todays meeting, as well as the LIC311A (Records to be Maintained at the Facility). The facility representative was also provided with copies of a filled out LIC9224. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was given to facility representatives, Hassan Hazegh.
