Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On date and time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Taityana Benson arrived at the facility to conduct another matter. LPA was greeted by Assistant Director Monique Abeyta and was granted entry into the facility. LPA toured the facility and conducted a census with Director Araceli Quach. LPA observed 9 preschool children, ages ranging from 3 to 4 years old, in the Kindergarten classroom. This classroom is part of the School Age license. LPA observed a facility sketch posted in the classroom differs from the facility sketch on file with the department, and identified in the Pre-Licensing Inspection. The facility sketch posted in the classroom identifies the room as Preschool 1 and not Kindergarten. This is a violation of Title 22 Regulations. Please see attached LIC809-D for further information. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Director Araceli Quach.
