Additionally, staff did not log any diapering changes or potty training attempts in the Kindercare app. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

The Aide was setting up classroom mats, serving milk, and handing out blankets to children in care which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
