What the inspector wrote

On April 23, 2025, at 10:10 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zirbes met with Licensee Jessica Flores. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure the citations issued on February 25, 2025 were corrected. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the Licensee. When LPA arrived to the facility, the Licensee was providing supervision to five children. LPA completed a tour of the off limit backyard at 10:15 am. LPA observed the following: 1. LPA observed the wrought iron fence located on the slanted hill in the off limits back yard measured 60 inches when measured by LPA. Per LPA observations the citations issued on February 25, 2025 were corrected. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Jessica Flores.
