What the inspector wrote

On 10/19/2022, an Informal Conference was held at the Riverside Regional Office. Present in the conference were the Director, Thurshara De Siiva and Assistant Director, Ariana Ramos; Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross; and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rachel Zeron . The conference was held to discuss the following sections of Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Code: 101216.3 Teacher- Child Ratio 101161(a) Limitations on Capacity 101229(a)(1) Providing Care and Supervision The Licensee indicated that new procedures have been implemented to ensure compliance of the above topic s. Licensee agrees to submit a written plan detailing supervision related to Case Management inspection conducted on 07/26/2022; 07/28//2021 and 08/13/2021 Teacher - Child Ratio. Written plan due by 10/28/202. Licensee was advised to visit the Department's website at: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/resources-for-providers on a regular basis for licensing updates. Licensee was advised to review Family Child Care Provider videos related to: Teacher-Child Ratio and Providing Care and Supervision. Child Care Provider video website link was provided to the Licensee during this conference. During this conference, contact information of the local Resource and Referral Agency, Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) at (909) 890-0018, was provided to Licensee. Licensee agrees to ensure that the facility is operating in substantial compliance of California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12. The following forms are required to be updated and sent to Licensing by 10/28/2022: LIC 308 Designation of Administrative Responsibility LIC 309 Administrative Organization LIC 500 Personnel Report Current Articles of Corporations Director's Packet for Ariana Ramos An exit interview was conducted with Director, Thurshara De Silva and Assistant Director, Ariana Ramos.
