Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. None of the staff present, including the director had an updated CPR/first Aid certificate on file. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed one can of lysol disinfectant spray, liquid dish soap and multiple empty plastic bags under the sink in the infant classroom with no lock. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed crib mattresses were not appropriate size. Some mattresses were not the proper thickness and others did not have the appropriate shape of mattress to the crib. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on staff admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. It was disclosed that infants are laid to sleep in the cribs with a blanket over them. According to Safe Sleep Practices, this poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
