STAFF-INFANT RATIO
Staff-infant Ratio: There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance.This requirement is not being met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted, it was found that on 08/09, 08/14 and 08/15/2023 the facility was found to be out of ratio in the morning between 6:30am and 7:30am. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
