What Happened
Annual inspection found the facility generally in good order, with posted documents, clean classrooms, and current fire drill and clearance records. A non-functioning toilet in Room 102 was the main physical plant issue noted.
Observations
- The facility was operating within its licensed limits and ratios were met
- Classrooms were equipped with age-appropriate furniture and equipment
- One of the two toilets in Room 102 was not flushing and had an out-of-order sign posted
- The food preparation area was clean and food was stored appropriately
- The playground was fenced and equipped with fall surfacing
- Electronic sign-in and sign-out used a computer pad with a backup plan for outages
- Children's records were complete
