What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elyse Jones and Eric Ramos arrived at the facility, met with Yahaira Martinez, Interim Director, toured the facility, and took census. Upon arrival the LPAs were informed the Director on file no longer works at the facility and the facility is currently in the process of hiring a permanent Director. Title 22 states, " The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s). " See LIC809D for cited deficiencies of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Div. 12 A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and a copy of appeal rights was provided to facility staff, Yahaira Martinez, Interim Director.
