What Happened
Family childcare home with Type A deficiency for incomplete and outdated child/parent roster (five children in care not listed). Absence of infant safe sleep logging also noted. Large chopped wood stacked in accessible yard area requires removal. Otherwise facility demonstrates proper maintenance and current safety certifications.
